15 Million Naira was
hidden under the seat of a Honda Academy
with Reg Number ABUJA ABJ 602 AE as they were entering the country. It was
said that they could be Financial agent of a Bureau De Change operator but they
took the bush part into Nigeria to evade scanning machines of Customs Service
at Jibia International Boarder.
According to the
Customs, they have violated the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011 and
they contravened the customs and eccise Management act (CEMA)2004 and also the
Foreign Exchange (Monitoring and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act.
